All products available on Chapter Me are digital products, including customizable Canva templates. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Access to Digital Products
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing a link to access your digital product. You are responsible for:

  • providing a valid email address at checkout
  • checking your spam or promotions folder

If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, please contact us for assistance.
3. Use of Canva
Our products are designed to be used with Canva. A free Canva account is required unless otherwise stated.

Chapter Me is not affiliated with Canva and is not responsible for any changes to Canva’s services, pricing, availability, or functionality.
4. License & Permitted Use
By purchasing a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license.

You may:

  • use the template for personal purposes
  • customize it for yourself or as a personal gift

You may not:

  • resell, share, distribute, or sublicense the template
  • claim the template as your own design
  • use the template for commercial resale or redistribution
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once access to the product has been delivered.
